Plan it. Price it. Build it. Tell POZi Foreman what you want to build, fix, or design. It works out the real quantities and cut lists, and will point you to the materials at stores near you. Everything stays organized as one job — conversation, Build Notes, item list, and photos in one place, ready when you come back to it.
No account needed to start — you get one session with five messages as a guest. A free account raises that and saves your projects.
Every job gets its own project. Conversations, notes, lists, and photos stay together instead of scattered across texts and napkins.
Dimensions, cut list, and how every quantity was figured — with the arithmetic written out so you can check it.
The material list becomes a live product search. Real items from approved retailers, priced and linked.
Before, during, and after shots organized by project. Snap a photo of a part or a problem and Foreman can read it.
Set your ZIP once. Searches target stores near you instead of returning whatever ships from three states away.
Contractors can send a client a link to the project photos and notes. No app, no account, and you can switch it off anytime.
Ask any AI about a deck and you get an answer you have to copy somewhere before you lose it. POZi holds the whole job together — the conversation, the Build Notes, the item list, and the photos — as a project you can reopen next week. Then it turns that list into a real product search at stores near you.
Projects sync between the website and the POZi Go app. Sign in and everything you've planned is right here.
Search any product, material, or tool. POZi checks approved retailers and targets results to your area — quick links first, then product cards with prices.
POZi turns a project you're describing out loud into an organized plan, a checked material list, and a path to buy it nearby.
Tell Foreman what you want to do. It asks one question at a time, and only when the answer actually changes the materials — the real stair height, the span, the finish you want.
When there's enough to work with, Foreman produces Build Notes: dimensions, cut list, fasteners and spacing, installation order, and what to check before you start.
The item list becomes a live product search. POZi returns real products from approved retailers, targeted to your ZIP so results are places you can actually drive to.
This is the part people miss: POZi isn't a search box. Every job is a project that holds its Foreman conversation, Build Notes, item list, and photos together. Come back next week or next season and the whole thing is still there — and contractors can share it straight to a client.
Foreman plans the job and works out the real numbers. POZi keeps it organized as a project — notes, lists, and photos in one place — and sources the materials near you.
A session is one project conversation. Every plan includes the full Build Notes and item list — the tiers differ in how much you can run in a day.
Guest access needs no account. See whether the numbers hold up before you pay anything.
One account works on the website and in the POZi Go app.
Plans apply everywhere you use POZi — website and app.
Billing is handled securely by Stripe. One plan covers the website and the app.
This cannot be undone.
Permanently deleting your POZi account also deletes:
This removes your account from the app as well — it's the same account in both places.
This is permanent. Your projects, photos, and Build Notes cannot be recovered — not by you and not by us.
Questions, feedback, a bug, or a store that wants to appear in POZi searches — this reaches us directly.
Photos, projects, and Foreman travel with you to the job site. Scan the code or send yourself the link.
Something you'll recognise later — "Back deck", "Shower drain", "Fence line".
POZi checks retailers near you. Without a location we search nationally, and prices and availability may not be what's on the shelf where you are.
POZi Foreman is a planning tool. It helps you organize a project, work out quantities, and put together a material list. It is not a substitute for professional judgment.
Foreman is AI and it makes mistakes. Before you buy anything or start work, verify:
Have a qualified, licensed professional review anything structural, electrical, plumbing, gas, roofing, excavation, or load-bearing. Call 811 or your local utility-marking service before you dig. Nothing in POZi is engineering approval, a code ruling, or a permit. When in doubt, check with your local building department.
POZi does not sell anything. Search results come from third parties and can be wrong, out of date, or unavailable. Pricing, stock, delivery, warranties, and returns are between you and the retailer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POZi, its owner, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for any injury, death, property damage, cost, delay, code violation, lost profits, or other loss — direct or indirect — arising from your use of POZi, including material lists, build notes, measurements, quantities, photo analysis, and search results. You use POZi at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to POZi will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars.
